Loctite Sumo 1.69 ounce polyurethane glue is 100% waterproof and bonds up to three times faster than other polyurethane glues. Sumo glue is especially effective on difficult-to-bond surfaces such as stone, metal, ceramic, brick, wood, foam, and fiberglass both indoors and outdoors. The glue foams 60% less than similar glues, sets in five minutes and cures a translucent white color in 24 hours. Clamping the bonded materials is recommended until the glue cures. Once cured, the bond is paintable, sandable and stronger than the bonded surfaces.
